该团体是于2009年冬季由斯坦尼斯拉夫利沃夫州立音乐学院的学生建立的。他们的首个大型项目是在乌克兰圣诞音乐节“Velyka Kolyada”的音乐晚会上进行的演出。这个团队中包含专业青年歌唱家、利沃夫国家李森科音乐学院学生以及国际歌唱比赛冠军。他们作为La Vivo的演出发扬了阿卡贝拉唱法并提供给听众不同寻常、形式多样的听觉体验。该团一直以来致力于创造性探索，采取有趣的方式来丰富音乐的编排。他们会使用多种表演方式混合各类音乐风格、流派和趋势，利用声乐的创新和自己本身的音乐知识。La Vivo组合演唱的歌曲包括各流派的改编乐曲，包括乌克兰传统民歌、其他国家民歌、古典音乐、爵士乐、流行音乐、当地流行歌曲及原创作品。
La Vivo合唱团作为2012年成为乌克兰最具潜力的天才无伴奏人声合唱团，长期活跃于世界舞台，多年来获得了多项国际性荣誉，其中包括获得了第十五届上海国际艺术节观众最喜爱演出团体奖，Dmytro Bortnyansky国际声乐比赛大奖（基辅），21世纪国际艺术比赛大奖（基辅），波兰声乐比赛大奖等众多国际声乐大奖。

The ensemble was created in winter 2009, by Stanislav Lyudkevych Lviv State Music College students. Their first large-scale project was the recital and the performance at the gala concert of Ukrainian Christmas music festival "Velyka Kolyada." (“Grand Carol”). The group consists of young professionals, students of the Lviv National Lysenko Music Academy, winners of international singing competitions. In their work La Vivo actively promotes a capella singing and offers listeners an unusual and original vision of various vocal and instrumental works. The team is constantly in creative exploration, introducing interesting ways to enrich the musical material in their arrangements, combining different manners of performance, mixing musical styles, genres and trends, using vocal innovations and original musical attainments. The team members can also play a wide range of musical instruments. The repertoire of the ensemble La VIVo includes recomposed and arranged songs in various genres. These are Ukrainian folk songs, international folk songs, world classics, jazz standards, popular music hits, local pop songs as well as original works.
As a result of the cooperation with the international NGO “Cultural Research Center of China and Ukraine “Lan HuA” La VIVo was able to score records in prestigious recording studios as well as produce musical videos and is now the most talented and promising vocal group of Ukraine – discovery of year 2012!
