Kenny Ray was born Michael Leonard DeSilva Ray, 
November 27 in Salvador Bahia (Bra) and he grew up between Los Angeles and Milan, before moving to Bolzano, on the border between Austria and Italy. 
He began singing at age six, thanks to his father and sister, both big fans of Michael Jackson and Ray Charles. 
After a few years, this young and talented guy won his first talent show at the age of fourteen, he knew the music and the dance was her calling. 
Kenny began his music career by entering numerous competitions performing alone and with his old band called THE CABS. 
Also in, 2006, in Rome, he became a choreographer ,and thanks to his skills as a street dancer, has been spotted by the worwide famous video director Claudio Zagarini 
and later by the wordwide famous DJ Gabry Ponte
