新加坡的全女子鞭击金属乐队，音乐绝对是老式鞭击。够快够狠。在亚洲像这种全女子的鞭击金属绝对是凤毛麟角。
Tormentress, an all-female thrash metal band, was formed in 2006, Singapore, by Neez (vox), Auji (guitars), Rinn (bass) and Kaze (drums). The band is influenced by early Kreator, Sepultura, Slayer and Détente. Elements of crossover thrash/crust punk can also be vividly heard in their music. 
In 2007, after the departure of Kaze from the band due to her work and study commitments, Mas (guitars) and Tuty (drums) were then recruited into the band. With this line-up they recorded their debut 3-songs demo CD entitled “Break The Barrier”. The response given by the metal underground fans was positive and so they began to play live for a number of shows. Auji and Rinn then later left Tormentress due to personal reasons so the band brought in another guitarist, Pearce as replacement. 
In early 2009, the band hit the studios again to record their 7” EP “Thrashing Disorder” that was released under Necromancer Records (Germany) and also limited CD version by Sick Chainsaws Production (Thailand). At the moment, they are torturing the masses through live performances. Tormentress will continue to reign as long as they are breathing in this rotten world!
