Oracles Always Lie来自土耳其，这张唱片颇有些剑走偏锋的味道，音乐的整体感觉是建立在三大件上的器乐摇滚，有些细节上体现的金属特质也很值得回味，至于另类感觉的地方使他们音色的处理上，很有灵力，而乐队在节奏上的控制是我所见过的相当有想法的一支，至于那些人声采样，虽说已经是老生常谈的惯用手法，但依然添色不少。 
 
The band’s name Oracles Always Lie, comes from the libretto of Igor Stravinsky’s opera “Oedipus Rex”. The libretto was written by Jean Cocteau in French. In the opera, act II; Jocasta (mother of Oedipus) was trying to calm and convince Oedipus that oracles always lied and one should not believe in their predictions. The reason why she said that, it was an oracle who had predicted that Laius (Jocasta’s husband) would die at his son's hand. In fact he was murdered by bandits at the crossing of three roads, however this frightened Oedipus further, he recalled killing an old man at the crossroads before coming to Thebes. If you wonder the rest of the story you can find the text from somewhere and learn what the messenger stated about the touching truth... 
 
Well, here is our new songs. Also we’ve started to work for some future tracks in our sound apartment. This place (Sound Apartment) has given us a chance to see more, hear more, and try more and maybe even tell more. More about what? It’s more about things especially; you want to shout at something desperately- but for a reason you can’t, you suddenly want to run as fast as you can - but somehow you can’t, and you want to cry for sometime - but still you can’t, and sometimes you want to explain the reason of your weird happiness, but no, you can’t..  
 
BUT now we can cry, we can shout and we can run, but we can still not explain.
