Ichiko started her music career when she was university student.
Since the early 1980's, she has performed in many concerts and records with a number of famous artists(ex."TECHNOPOLIS2000-20" of YMO;Yellow Magic Orchestra)
She released her 1st album “Colored Music” in 1981 and then released over 20 CDs of her own.
She plays many music genres. Jazz, bossa nova, classical music, pop music, rock…you name it！
She has composed many songs for commercial films, animation films and movies.
